If the copyright owner does not initiate a legal action against the content provider or user, the removed content may be restored, or access to it resumed, within 10 to 14 business days or more, at our sole discretion.

Pursuant to the DMCA and pertinent legal standards, we have implemented a policy of terminating, in suitable circumstances and at our discretion, accounts of users who are identified as repeat infringers.
